A2. Domain name holders can apply for multiple domain names; domain names are transferable if two parties mutually consent ; Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) to provide arbitration service in this connection.

Q4. Does "HKDNR" accept domain registration (com.hk) from individual?
A4. No. But "HKDNR" will provide domain registration for individual in idv.hk.

For individuals aged between 11 and 18, a HKID card copy of the applicant together with a HKID card copy of his/her parents/guidance and the proof of the relationship should be provided. For those aged 18 or above, a HKID card copy is required. Details of the fee schedule can be found in the answer to Q15 of New Registration section.

Q5. What is affect to existing .hk holder?
A5. Holder of .hk must perform re-register during 14/5/2001-31/5/2002 thru Website of HKDNR.
*Holder of .hk registered before 2001.02.19 can choose old or new policy.
