A2. 新的.hk政策包括一間公司可同時註冊多個域名、轉讓域名和採用一個嶄新的解決爭議機制。

Q3. 註冊及更新資料之費用有否改變?
A3. 新條款/合約的域名於資料更新是免費。收費請參考底部"RULES OF HKDNR for domain registration of .hk" in bottom."

Q4. "HKDNR"會否接受個人域名註冊申請com.hk?
A4. 否。但"HKDNR"已經推出個人域名(.idv)註冊服務。
域名年費$200/年,$380/2年
年齡為11-18歲間之香港市民須提交申請人本人之香港身份證、家長(或監護人)之香港身份證，
及申請人與家長(或監護人)關係證明文件(例如出世紙/回港證)。
年齡為18歲以上香港市民只須提交申請人本人之香港身份證。

Q5. 現有已登記的使用者有何影響?
A5. 現時的域名(.hk)持有人需於14/5/2001-31/5/2002起透過HKDNR網站更新 註冊手續並確認新的域名政策合約。
*2001.02.19以前註冊的域名(.hk)持有人可選擇 舊合約及所載條款，則不能享用新政策所提供的各種服務。

Q6. 香港網域對於新政策之支援如何?
A6. 我們會提供免費及收費支援。
a. 所有經香港網域申請(不包括已更改DNS)域名(.hk)持有人均會獲得免費支援及可要求免費代辦更新註冊手續。
b. 所有使用香港網域域名(.hk)服務持有人均會獲得免費支援及可要求免費代辦更新註冊手續。
c. 不是經香港網域申請域名(.hk)持有人均會獲得免費支援及可要求代辦更新註冊手續(需付HK$200手續費)。

Q7. 現有已登記的使用者不於限期內更新註冊手續有何影響?
A7. HKDNR會取消其域名及供其他公司註冊。

com.hk - for commercial entities with a Business Registration Certificate from the Inland Revenue Department of the Government of HKSAR or a Certificate of Registration of Overseas Company from the Companies Registry of the Government of HKSAR;

org.hk - for "not-for-profit" organisations which are either "not-for-profit" statutory bodies in HKSAR, "not-for-profit" entities registered with the Companies Registry, entities with a Certificate of Registration of a Society from the Hong Kong Police Force or other approved "not-for-profit" entities;

net.hk - for network infrastructure machines and organisations in HKSAR which are entities with a PNETS (IVANS/ISP) license from the Office of the Telecommunications Authority of the Government HKSAR;

gov.hk - for bureaux and departments of the Government of HKSAR; and

edu.hk - for tertiary institutions in HKSAR and schools with a Certificate of Registration of a School from the Education Department of the Government of HKSAR and other approved institutions of the same nature.

idv.hk - for individuals aged between 11 and 18, a HKID card copy of the applicant together with a HKID card copy of his/her parents/guidance and the proof of the relationship should be provided. For those aged 18 or above, a HKID card copy is required.
